I’m a qualified Psychotherapist with a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (UEL), where my core training was in the Integrative Process Model. My work is informed by a Person‑Centred approach and draws from Mindfulness‑Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Solution‑Focused Therapy and an understanding of personality types (Myers Briggs). I’ve also trained with Caspari Groupworks in using art as a therapeutic medium in group settings.
Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked with adults at East London Mental Health Services (ELMS), and as a Student Counsellor and Psychotherapist supporting young people aged 11–18 in schools and colleges across East London.
Before entering this profession, I studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and worked as an actress for eighteen years. That background has shaped my interest in how people express themselves, relate to others, and make sense of their own narratives — all of which quietly informs my therapeutic work today.
I work from a quiet, dedicated garden room in Forest Gate, designed to offer a steady and contained space for therapy.
Alongside in‑person work, I also offer online sessions.
